I don't know how to exactly say this but.
Could you remove the lines from his head to his neck and line at his feet and logo.
I want his photo to only have to only have five colors.
red, blue, white, black and maroon. If you could please remove the shadows from the picture. Thank you.

See if this is what you had in mind. I removed jpeg compression, requested lines and cleaned up resolution of the image. Hope it will work for your needs.
